A hat-trick of PJ Scully goals gave Laois a resounding 4-18 to 1-19 win over Wexford in Abbeyleix.
11 points from David Treacy saw Dublin run out comfortable 0-28 to 2-12 victors over Antrim at Parnell Park, meaning it will be Laois v Dublin in the other semi.
Kilburn Gaels will play O'Donovan Rossa of Antrim in the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling final the day after Valentine's Day at Croke Park.
Gaels were 0-11 to 0-10 winners over Cappataggle this afternoon.
Meanwhile Rossa saw off the challenge of Cappoquin. The final score there was 2-12 to 1-8.
St. Croan's of Roscommon beat Sean O'Mahonys of Louth 0-14 to 2-7 at Breffni Park to reach the Intermediate Club Football Final.
They'll play Ardfert of Kerry on February 14th, after they posted a 1-8 to 0-10 victory over Warrenpoint.
