It has been an incredible day in the FA Cup fourth round.

The top three Premier League sides have all been knocked out after a day of shock results.

Bradford City bested Chelsea with 4 goals to 2, with Chelsea failing to score a goal in the second half. 

It came after Jose Mourinho said it would be a disgrace if his side lost at home to the League One side.

At the Etihad Stadium, Manchester City didn't manage a single goal while Middlesbrough netted two, courtesy of Patrick Bamford and Kike.

There was a flurry of goals in the first half at St Mary's Stadium, meanwhile, but Southampton fell behind Crystal Palace after Marouane Chamakh's second goal and failed to recover.

In the lunchtime kick-off, Swansea had Kyle Bartley and goalscorer Gylfi Sigurdsson sent off in a 3-1 defeat at Championship side, Blackburn.

Late goals from Leonardo Ulloa and Jeffrey Schlupp saw Leicester come from behind to beat Tottenham 2-1 at White Hart Lane.

Sunderland had Jack Rodwell sent off in their scoreless draw with Fulham.

Victor Anichebe struck twice for West Brom as they beat Midlands rivals Birmingham 2-1 at St. Andrew's.

Elsewhere, Reading came from behind to beat Cardiff 2-1.

Darren Bent got his first goal for Derby in a 2-0 defeat of Chesterfield.

While Preston and Sheffield United must do it all again after drawing 1-each at Deepdale.

It finished goalless at Anfield in the evening game between Liverpool and Bolton.

Trotters keeper Adam Bodgan made some tremendous saves with the visitors deserving another shot at Liverpool.
