Arsenal are back on top of the Premier League despite dropping two points away to West Brom. The Gunners fell behind to a Yacob header in the final few minutes of the first half. Jack Wilshere came to the rescue on 62 minutes, however, striking a low shot past Boaz Myhill from outside the box following a neat layoff from Olivier Giroud.
West Ham enjoyed a derby upset with a 3-0 win at White Hart Lane. Winston Reid, Ricardo Vaz Te and Ravel Morrison scored the goals for Sam Allardyce’s side and consigned Spurs to their second defeat of the season.
In the earlier kickoffs Southampton and Chelsea returned to the top 4 with wins over Swansea and Norwich, respectively.
Southampton were 2-0 winners at St. Mary’s, with Adam Lallana and Jay Rodriguez the scorers.
Chelsea beat Norwich 3-1, with late goals from Willian and Eden Hazard to thank for the win.
