RACING

The feature race at the Cheltenham Festival this afternoon is the Queen Mother Champion Chase as 2013 winner Sprinter Sacre looks to regain his title in a field that also includes last year's winner, Sire De Grugy.

That Grade One contest is over two miles and will go to post at 3:30pm, while the action gets underway at 1.30pm.

SOCCER

Chelsea are targeting a place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League tonight.

The Blues are playing host to Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge after the two sides played-out as 1-1 draw in the first-leg in France.

Elsewhere, Bayern Munich and Shakhtar Donetsk are still tied scoreless going into the second-leg of their last-16 tie.

Last night, Real Madrid lost 4-3 to Schlake at home but squeezed through 5-4 on aggregate.

There's also more action tonight in the Sky Bet Championship, as Blackburn Rovers take a break from the FA Cup exploits as they play host to Bolton at Ewood Park.

All of tonight's matches will kick-off at 7:45pm.

Meanwhile, the Ireland Women's Team will finish off their Istria Cup campaign this morning in Croatia (11.0 Irish time).

After two defeats and a draw over the past two weeks, Sue Ronan's side will take-on Costa Rica in their final match.

HURLING

Tonight's Fitzgibbon Cup final replay will see the students of Waterford IT and UL going head-to-head once again.

After the two sides couldn't be separated in Limerick, they've now re-located to Pairc Ui Rinn in Cork for tonight's showdown (7:30).

There's Eirgrid Under-21 Championship action in three provinces tonight.

Mayo face Leitrim in their Connacht quarter-final at MacHale Park.

There's also two Munster quarter-finals down for decision as Limerick host Cork at the Gaelic Grounds, and Clare face Waterford in Milltown Malbay.

All of the above throw in at 7.30, while there's an 8.0 start in Ulster where Derry and Down will meet in their preliminary round match at Celtic Park.
