Ivory Coast will be disqualified from the African Nations Cup if they forfeit an upcoming match against Sierra Leone.
The Elephants want to relocate or forfeit the match away from the country's capital, Abidjan, in order to minimise the threat of thre ebola virus. The country's government has already told the Ivory Coast FA that the game cannot go ahead.
Sierra Leone has been at the epicentre of the recent ebola crisis which has claimed thousands of lives in West Africa.
However, the Confederation of African Football has warned Ivory Coast that forfeiting the game on September 6th will lead to disqualification from next year's African Nations Cup.
