Dodging Bullets provided a fifth Queen Mother Champion Chase winner, and a second winner of the day for trainer Paul Nicholls at Cheltenham.

The 7-year old 4/1 shot came home ahead of the Brian Hughes mount, Somersby, with Special Tiara third at 20/1 for trainer Henry De Bromhead.

Favourite Sprinter Sacre was pulled up before the final fence after never really being in contention.

The Nicholls and Sam Twiston-Davies partnership bore fruit in the RSA Chase, with victory for Aux Ptits Soins narrowly in the Grade 3 Coral Cup.

Meanwhile, the winners have kept coming for Willie Mullins at Cheltenham, with 13/8 favourite Don Poli claiming victory in the RSA Chase under jockey Bryan Cooper.

The win comes a year after Cooper broke both his tibia and fibia at Prestbury Park.

The Paul Nicholls-trained Southfield Theatre was second at 13/2, with Wounded Warrior third for Noel Meade at 12/1.
