Aiden McGeady, John O'Shea and Jon Walters have been nominated for the 2014 Irish Player of the Year award.

McGeady scored twice in the 2-1 win in Georgia last September, while O'Shea was the Ireland hero with the late equaliser against Germany in Gelsenkirchen.

Walters scored one international goal in 2014 against Turkey.

The Young International Player of the Year nominees are Robbie Brady, Jeff Hendrick and Cyrus Christie.

Aston Villa's Jack Grealish, who has just two appearances in 2014 to his name, has been nominated for Under-21 player of the year, alongside Manchester City's Ian Lawlor and Tommy Hoban of Watford.

The League of Ireland player of the year will be between Colin Healy, Pat Hoban and Christy Fagan.

The winners will be announced at the Three Awards on Sunday week.
