A UK law firm has appointed a 'fertility officer' in an effort to dispel the notion that becoming a mother is career suicide. Natalie Sutherland, fertility law and surrogacy specialist, and partner with Burgess Mee explained why the post was necessary and for more reaction, Ciara spoke to  Fertility expert Helena Tubridy.
