23 people have been arrested after a further night of violence outside the Citywest Hotel in Saggart, County Dublin.
300 members of An Garda Síochána were deployed to the area around the Citywest Hotel, following a night of violence and fury on Tuesday night.
Gardaí said the violence was mostly carried out by young men and teenage boys, who threw bottles and bricks at them, all while shouting abuse.

Among the Gardaí were 120 members of the Public Order Unit, who were supported by the Mounted Unit and Dog Unit.
Garda Water Cannon was on standby in the Citywest area; however, it went unused.
Two Gardaí have been hospitalised, after one was hit on the head with a bottle and the other was hit on their arm and shoulder.
Following the violence on Tuesday night, six people were arrested and Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly said that those responsible would be brought to justice.
On Newstalk Breakfast, Irish Times Crime & Security Editor Conor Lally said last night Gardaí decided “change their tactics”.
“They blocked off the approach roads into that IPAS centre at Citywest,” he said.
“On Tuesday night, you had a very big crowd right outside the entrance and there were clashes between the crowd and Gardaí.
“Last night, you had a big security cordon around the IPAS centre, with roads blocked off, maybe, 500 yards away.
“Then groups congregated at points around that cordon.”
The 23 people arrested last nights are due before the courts this morning.
