Coming up on the show tonight, Tom will be joined in studio by Ian Lacey, who cycled 27,000 kilometers from Alaska to the southernmost city in the world - Argentina’s Tierra Del Fuego - all in aid of The Carers Association of Ireland.

He now tells the story in a brand new book called 'Half the World Away: A 27,000 km bicycle journey from Alaska to Argentina' which is out now in paperback and Kindle e-book from Amazon. You can also get a signed copy if you contact him by email through his website www.ianlacey.com

In the second hour, Tom will be speaking to renowned writer Ray Connolly, who’s just released a brand new biography called ‘Being Elvis - A Lonely Life’. Tune in to hear about the difficulties that the King faced throughout his life, fame and riches aside.

All of that plus new tracks from The Rolling Stones, The Strypes, Kate Bush and more.
