It has not been a season to remember for the Washington Nationals. 

The NL East side were among the early season favourites to win the World Series but will not even make the end of season play offs. 

Donny Mahoney from balls.ie joined Joe in studio on Off the Ball last night to discuss the fall out from the season which culminated in the recent altercation between Jonathan Papelbon and Bryce Harper.

Papelbon has since been suspended by the Nationals for his part in the fight.
