Former Munster back row Alan Quinlan believes that the email leak at the province will have to be dealt with individually with the affected players.

A document with critical assessments of the squad was accidentally distributed to the squad, although Munster played down it's impact.

"It's not something that you can just get over and they will certainly have to address the issues with the individual players, apologize to them and give them the opportunity to come back from some of the criticism that was in the report - which is common practice - these reviews are pretty common. They're not usually aired to the public," said Quinlan, who feels Munster have dealt with it as best they could by drawing a line under it.  

Quinlan was joined by Paul Wallace on the Monday Rewind to talk about the nature of pre-season and took a look ahead to how that affects a campaign.

Both lads also cast an eye over each of the Irish provinces and their chances of success.
