We all know that Roy Keane has magical powers, and he proved it today at a training session for the Republic of Ireland squad. 

At the session, Keane, Steve Guppy and Darron Gibson all line up to try hitting the crossbar from the edge of the box, and worryingly for Irish fans, Gibson doesn't succeed, while the now retired assistant manager does. 

Not only that, but using his powers of persuasion he convinces the ball to return to the exact spot from which he struck it without him needing to move.
