Tyrone's Tiernan McCann has been cleared to play in this Sunday's All Ireland semi-final against Kerry after his eight week ban was rescinded last night in Croke Park.
McCann spoke to the GAA's Central Hearings Committee last night in Croke Park as he looked to play in this weekends crucial game.
The Kiltyclogher star was originally banned for eight weeks after a clash with Monaghan's Darren Hughes sent off in the All Ireland quarter final resulted in the Monaghan player being sent off.
McCann's original ban meant he was due to miss the All Ireland semi-final and final, should Tyrone have overcome Kerry this weekend.
