They will play Kildare in the final, after the Lilywhites ran out comfortable 2-15 to 0-9 winners against DIT in Newbridge.
Clare, meanwhile, will play Cork in the semi-finals of the Waterford Crystal Cup.
The Banner have begun their 2015 with a 0-16 to 0-15 win over Tipperary at Sixmilebridge.
In the Walsh Cup this afternoon, Wexford have beaten UCD 1-21 to 0-15.
Galway were 1-21 to 0-16 winners over Westmeath.
Waterford set up a McGrath Cup final meeting with UCC, after seeing off the challenge of Cork 0-8 to 0-7 in Clashmore.

Cavan's 1-13 to 0-13 win over Monaghan means they will play Fermanagh on Wednesday night.
Fermanagh lost to Donegal - 0-12 to 2-5 the final score, but Pete McGrath's side are through to the last four regardless.

Elsewhere today, Queens were surprise 1-9 to 1-5 winners over Derry.
Roscommon booked their place in the final of the FBD Insurance League by beating Mayo 2-12 to 1-10 at MacHale Park.
Galway are their opponents in that decider - the Tribesmen were 1-13 to 0-5 winners over GMIT today.
Leitrim's defence of their title ended with a 2-9 to 1-10 defeat to Sligo.
