Last night on Off The Ball, former Irish underage international Liam George passionately set out his case for West Ham midfielder Mark Noble not playing for Ireland.

Luton-born George, who always felt Irish above all, does not believe that fellow English-born Noble feels any real pull towards the green shirt which he could end up wearing within the next few months.

On the other hand, others would argue that Noble would be a good addition as an experienced Premier League performer.
