Given that he is English and one of those pigeon-holed as a new hope for English football, Arsenal's Jack Wilshere's form has been under intense scrutiny ever since he burst onto the scene in 2010/11.

The talent is most certainly there but injuries and indifferent form have not helped, while two publicized dalliances with a cigarette have led to more criticism.
