Leo Cullen was officially unveiled today as Leinster's new head coach after signing a two year contract with the province yesterday. 

The former second row and forwards coach was in the position on an interim basis after Matt O'Connor left the province last May. One of his first jobs as new head coach was to announce that Kevin McLaughlin will captain the province this season during the Rugby World Cup.

Cullen spoke to Off the Ball's Dave McIntyre this afternoon about his new position and told Dave about the differences between life as a player and as a coach.
