ITV pundit and ex-England international Ian Wright has returned home after burglars broke into the family home..
Last night four men armed with knives entered the north-west-London house, threatening Wright's wife Nancy and their children.
The Mirror reports that the invaders held a knife to her throat before departing with personal possessions.
The Met Police are currently investigating what they have described as an aggravated burglary.
Wright’s manager Steve Kutner spoke to the Sun: "It was a terrifying ordeal. They marched Ian’s wife from room to room. I would like to thank ITV for helping Ian to get home as quickly as possible."
This tweet, posted by Wright last night, appears to refer to the incident.
You won't get away with it!
