Chris O'Dowd and his wife Dawn O'Porter have announced that they are expecting their first child during an Ice Bucket Challenge video.

The 34-year-old actor was nominated to do the challenge by a 'bunch of idiots', as he put it.

After doing the challenge he nominated a few people before adding 'Baby O'Porter' to the line-up.

He then pointed his camera at his expectant wife who has a visible baby bump. The 35-year-old television presenter obliged by pouring a small glass of water over her bump.

The couple married in August 2012 after they met at her 30th birthday party.
