Celtic may play a Champions league tie in Dublin next summer.

The clubs chief executive has revealed that they are looking at the Aviva and Croke Park as possible venues as all major Stadia in Glasgow are being used in the Commonwealth games at that time.

They are also looking into staging games in England, although the home of Scottish rugby, Murrayfield, is another option.

Celtic will almost certainly be taking part in Champions qualifiers as The Games take place.

Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell said: "Internally we are developing a few options then we will take those to Uefa and see what they think. It's a list of three or four, maybe five. We'll look at that internally and then when we come up with a preferred three we will take it forward."
