Ruling 'doesn't ease' An Taisce's environmental concerns on dairy farming

The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal from An Taisce to hault the development of a cheese factory in Kilkenny. An Taisce argued the environmental impact of 4,500 dairy farms, which will supply the cheese plant, should have been considered in the initial planning
