The Irish government should set up an expert group with the express purpose of winning the Eurovision. That’s according to Fianna Fáil MEP Billy Kelleher, who says that we should either start taking the competition seriously or withdraw from it altogether and he joined us on the show this morning to explain why we need this expert group.
