No Irish child should leave school without having learned to cook for themselves.  That’s the view of Darina Allen, Chef, Author, and founder of Ballymaloe Cookery School, who is submitting a petition to Minister Norma Foley demanding practical cooking classes for every child in the school curriculum and Darina spoke to us this morning.
