Last week saw Dublin city councillors reject plans for a private developer to build 850 homes on Oscar Traynor Road. Critics said the Government should not handing over public land to private developers.  Dublin Bay North TD Richard Bruton however believes that this left-wing ideological campaign will kill off the potential to provide much needed homes and he joined us on the show and also we heard from Brid Smith, People Before Profit TD for Dublin South Central with reaction.
