Annual electricity bills will go up by €54 today.  The hike comes under the Public Service Obligation in order to subsidise renewable electricity. Michael Healy Rae, Independent TD for Kerry and Environmental Journalist and Commentator, John Gibbons joined us on the show with reaction.
