Russian and Ukrainian officials are today meeting in Istanbul for peace talks. They are the first face-to-face talks aimed at ending the conflict since the 10th of March. Sean Bell Retired Air Vice-Marshal who served with the UK military and Current Adviser with global Defence Consultants UDSS spoke to Shane on the show this morning.
