Mayo County Council plans to introduce by-laws that would ban dogs from some beaches from 11am to 6.30pm during summer bathing season in an effort to protect their blue flag status. Peter Flynn, Fine Gael Councillor based in Westport Co. Mayo joined Ciara on the show to give his view on the proposed ban.
