Ireland’s deposit return scheme, which is set to be introduced later this year to encourage recycling, must be adjusted or it runs the risk of being watered-down. That’s according to Fianna Fáil Senator Erin McGreehan, who is speaking out today to advocate for the inclusion of higher deposits for larger containers and glass bottles in the scheme.
