Questions have been raised about how the Government plan on financing the €8.5bn in increased permanent spending which was announced in Budget 2021. The Fiscal advisory council say that big increases in spending is potentially a risky strategy.  Joining us on the show was  Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Michael McGrath.
