New stats from the CSO have revealed that the number of people who smoke daily in Ireland has fallen to just 9% of the population. So 18 years in from the smoking ban, what should be the next step for Ireland to reduce smoking further? Professor Luke Clancy Director General of the Tobacco Free Research Institute Ireland and he joined Ciara on the show this morning.
