Actors, musicians protesting against homelessness actually know very little about the issue and are achieving nothing with their efforts. 

That’s the view of Fine Gael TD and Minister of State in the Department of Housing John Paul Phelan, who launched a scathing critique of celebrity protests in yesterday’s Sunday Independent.
