In 2018 31.1% of children aged 10-17 reported having been bullied at school in the past couple of months that’s according to the latest State of the Nation’s Children report. James O'Higgins Norman Director of DCU’s National Anti-Bullying Centre spoke to Newstalk Breakfast with more on the finding of this report.
