Several Irish hospitals have had to re-impose bans on visitors as the number of COVID-19 admissions rose to 225 yesterday, the highest on record in a single day since the start of the pandemic.  With reaction to this increase in COVID numbers, Ciara spoke to Sam McConkey consultant Infectious Disease Specialist at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland.
