A new 30 kilometre an hour speed limit comes into force in the Phoenix Park in Dublin from today.
It comes as part of a new slew of restrictions implemented on cars in the Phoenix Park including a one-way system on the North Road, cars being banned from using the park's main southern Road and temporary cycle lanes which replaced parking on Chesterfield Avenue will become permanent.
