Company boards could be required to have a minimum of 40% female representation under a new bill from Fine Gael TD Emer Higgins. She argues, in the business world, the presence of female role models and seeing women reach the levels of leadership inspires women to start out in their careers to achieve their full potential. What do you think about the idea of gender quotas?
