The chief executive of Bank Of Ireland Francesca McDonagh is stepping down. The news surprised quite a few people on Tuesday evening. Then on Wednesday morning, it emerged that she had already got a job at the Swiss banking giant Credit Suisse. 

We ask this morning should Ireland relax the cap for bankers ? Economist Jim Power joined Joe with more on this.
