This week on Alive and Kicking Clare McKenna chats to Enda O’Doherty  who is a motivational speaker and endurance athlete and he joins Clare to talk about his new book 'I’m Fine' and why he’s decided to share his thoughts on addiction, love and health. 'Crisis Fatigue' is the name being given to the symptoms people are presenting with to GPs around the country and Clare talks to Dr Phillip Kieran about what it is and what it needs. Fiona Doyle turned a time of tragedy in her life into a new career; she says wearing colour was a major part of her coming back from the brink and she’s studied the psychology behind it and wants to share all she’s learnt.
