US airline JetBlue has partnered with some special crew members to celebrate Pride.

As part of a partnership with 'RuPaul’s Drag Race', it is debuting a one-of-a-kind video featuring Bob the Drag Queen and Trixie Mattel.

The pair demonstrate for their lives as they highlight features like emergency exits and snack options.

The video is being shown on and JetBlue's social media channels - as well as 'RuPaul’s Drag Race' and VH1.

Joanna Geraghty, president of JetBlue, said: "With crew members and customers reflecting incredible diversity, we celebrate all our differences and live JetBlue’s mission to inspire humanity as a leader in inclusion both inside and outside the company.

"Every day, but especially as we celebrate World Pride in our hometown, JetBlue values the uniqueness of each and every individual - not only because it’s the right thing to do in keeping with our integrity value, but because we think it's more fun that way, too."

The carrier is also marking its newly-named 'Shantay Blue Stay' aircraft.

The Airbus A320 displays its new name, but also showcases a new tailfin design - which features bright splashes of the airline’s signature blue and orange colours.

This year also marks 50 years since the Stonewall riots.

On June 28th, 1969 the Stonewall Inn was raided by New York City police - a common police practice at the time.

But that night, instead of giving in, a group of brave individuals stood up.

What followed were five nights of protests for LGBTQ+ rights, setting in motion the next 50 years of Pride.

After that, LGBTQ+ rights' organisations began to spring up across the US and around the world.

"The battle that began for LGBTQ rights in 1969 at Stonewall is not over and the fight is continuing in places where equality has been slow to arrive," said Stacy Lentz, co-owner of the Stonewall Inn and CEO of The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative.

"We couldn't do our much needed work without the help of incredible partners like JetBlue that make sure we have the necessary resources we need to spread the legacy of Stonewall and keep it at the forefront for the struggle for equality."
