Following in the footsteps of Netflix, Amazon Studios are also heading into the world of movie production.

Below is the first trailer for Elvis & Nixon, which stars Michael Shannon (Man Of Steel, Take Shelter) and Kevin Spacey (The Usual Suspects, House Of Cards) as the titular roles.

The film tells the story of one of the most famous photographs ever taken, and how it is that these two men from such different backgrounds came to have a meeting The White House.

The supporting cast includes Colin Hanks, Sky Ferreira, Alex Pettyfer and Johnny Knoxville.

The film is due for release in Irish cinemas on April 29th.
