More and more often lately, Netflix has become the go-to place for interesting film-makers to make their passion projects.

We've had Aziz Ansari with Masters Of None, Marvel stretching their creative muscles with Daredevil and Jessica Jones, and next we've got Judd Apatow.

Apatow is the director behind the likes of The 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up and Trainwreck, but he actually began his career with the much-loved but little-seen TV show Freaks & Geeks.

From Friday February 19th (just in time to miss Valentine's Day), his next project LOVE will arrive on Netflix, will all ten of the half-hour episodes available from the get-go.

The official logline from Netflix is as follows:

Created, written and executive produced by Judd Apatow, Paul Rust and Lesley Arfin, Love follows nice guy Gus (Rust) and brazen wild-child Mickey (Gillian Jacobs) as they navigate the exhilarations and humiliations of intimacy, commitment, love and other things they were hoping to avoid. Love is an unflinching, hilarious and excruciatingly honest take on modern relationships.
