Lucinda Creighton says Standards complaint is part of "dirty tricks campaign" against her

Renua leader Lucinda Creighton says a complaint to the Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO) is part of a "dirty tricks campaign" against her.

She is claiming someone is trying to use SIPO "for political ends", adding that any such attempt is 'morally bankrupt'.

Man (23) hospitalised after being shot in Clondalkin area of Dublin

A man has been shot in the Clondalkin area of Dublin.

The 23-year-old was found in a house at Old Tower Crescent shortly before 6.00am this morning.
