No, it isn't March yet - but you may think that in some parts of the country.

Christmas is just over and we still have Valentine's Day to go - but St Patrick's Day is already rearing its green head.

Dunnes Stores on Patrick Street in Cork is getting into the spirit of our patron saint by putting out its green, white and orange merchandise.

Festivities for St Patrick's Festival are due to run across the weekend of March 17th until the 20th.

But I guess you can never start the party too early - or can you?
