A man arrested in connection to the death of Michael Gaine has been released without charge.
The Kerry farmer disappeared in March and the following month Gardaí announced they were treating the case as a potential homicide.
Last week, human remains were discovered on Mr Gaine’s farm outside Kenmare and a man in his 50s was arrested on Sunday.
He was questioned by Gardaí and released without charge late on Monday.

On Newstalk Breakfast, The Kerryman journalist Sinead Kelleher said the investigation is ongoing.
“Gardaí are continuing to search the land and went in so again today,” she said.
“They’ve now been joined by the Defence Forces and are searching both the farmyard, the field nearby where the slurry was spread on Friday.”
Anyone with any information has been asked to contact Killarney Garda Station.
