There has been a security alert at a gay rights organisation in Dublin.

Staff at the Gay and Lesbian Equality Network (GLEN) reported a suspicious package at their city centre office this morning.

It is thought to have contained a white powder.

The item was inspected by authorities who have now given the all clear, and the alert has been stood down.
