Gardaí are renewing their appeal for witnesses to a fatal crash in Hartstown in Dublin earlier this month.
The crash happened at around 2.40 AM on Sunday, January 3rd when two female pedestrians in their 40s were struck by a car on Hartstown Road.
The women were taken to Conolly Hospital Blanchardstown, where one was pronounced dead. The second woman remains in a serious condition.
Three men in their 20s were in the car. They were not injured in the collision.
Gardaí say they are looking to speak with any pedestrians, motorists, taxi drivers or taxi passengers who were in the vicinity of the Topaz Garage / Convenience Store at Hartstown Road, Clonsilla between 2.30 AM and 2.40 AM on the night in question.
They are also seeking to identify the driver of a taxi that passed the scene of the collision.
