Gardaí in Dublin are appealing for the public's assistance in tracing a missing 17-year-old.

John Byrne was last seen on the Clontarf Road on Wednesday 10th of June. He is described as 5’ 7’’ tall, of slight build and with brown hair.

When last seen he was wearing grey Adidas bottoms, grey button up jumper with blue shoulders, bright blue runners and a red cap.

Gardaí are asking anyone with information or who has seen John to contact Clontarf Garda Station at 01-666-4800, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800-666-111, or any Garda station.
