The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has suggested there will be "a flight of capital" from the country if the coalition is not re-elected.

Mr Kenny says you just have to look at "Greece, Spain and Portugal" to see what instability results in.

Speaking in Dundalk this afternoon, he warned against elected a Fianna Fáil-Sinn Féin government.

Last night, Enda Kenny definitively said he would not go into government with Micheal Martin. However, the Taoiseach did not say he would not go into government with Fianna Fail.

Labour, on the other hand, have thrown their lot in with Fine Gael but did not rule out coalitions with any other party completely.
