Celine Dion's husband and former manager René Angélil has died at age of 73 after a long battle with cancer.
René had been suffering from throat cancer for many years.
A statement posted in French on Dion's official Facebook page said René died at their home in Las Vegas.

The family has asked for space to mourn in private.
Dion and Angélil were married in Montreal in 1994. They have three children.
