As many parts of the country continue with the clean-up from recent storms, Newstalk looks at the damage on one of Ireland's most westerly points.
Inishbofin Island, off Cleggan in Galway, is known for award-winning sandy beaches and as a breeding area for many species of birds.
The island has seen a lot of storm damage since Christmas, including the disappearance of its lighthouse and damage to the East Pier.
